All OnlineQDA Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.

The OnlineQDA Free plan is completely free forever. There are no charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable.
Academic and Enterprise plans have custom pricing and terms. Refund policies for these plans are defined in your individual service agreement. Please contact your account manager for details.
